Other Experience
I have supported a wide range of clients through a change process using coaching and personal development tools. Over the past 15 years, I have facilitated personal development groups and led workshops covering topics such as archetypes and the shadow, the meaning of myth, the power of symbols, transformational rituals and meditation.
I also have many years experience of working in the field of death and dying, offering bereavement support. Prior to this, I worked in the field of mental health at managerial level, training and supervising staff who supported vulnerable adults with complex mental health needs. On a personal note, I am originally from Australia, and have lived in the U.K. for 25 years.
I'm passionate about travel, ancient history, psychology and art. I have lived for a short time in the U.S.A. and in Egypt, which has given me experience of different cultures and belief systems. I have practiced meditation and personal development throughout my life which has provided me with intuition and insight that informs how I work with clients.
