Counselling and Therapy

I provide a safe, welcoming space where you can talk things through.

There are many reasons why people come to therapy. Perhaps you are feeling low, anxious or uncertain about the future. Maybe you are at a crossroads, feeling overwhelmed or experiencing loss and change. Perhaps you find yourself repeating patterns that you can't stop. Maybe you are not exactly sure why you need therapy but just need to talk. Whatever it is that you're going through, we can look at this together. I can help you to gain clarity on your thoughts and feelings. Together we can explore strategies to help you to move forward.

My specialisations include:

  • Anxiety
  • Workplace stress
  • Relationship difficulties
  • Processing childhood trauma
  • Confidence and self esteem
  • Coping with loss and bereavement

I am an LGBTQ+ affirmative therapist.

I have an empowering, focused way of working that can help you to build inner resources and increase self-awareness which can lead to lasting change.

If your life is not the way you'd like it to be, working with me can help you to move forward.

Book a free 15 minute consultation to discuss how we can work together.

“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.”

— Anaïs Nin

I can support you to:

  • Build the inner resources to move through difficult times.

  • Manage overwhelm, stress and anxiety.

  • Build confidence and self-esteem.

  • Process feelings, emotional pain and trauma and move through to new ways of being.

  • Improve your relationship with yourself and others.

  • Make lasting changes by getting to the roots of what’s going on.

My approach focuses upon cultivating compassion for ourselves; developing the will; the relationship between mind, body and feelings; mindfulness and awareness; working with emerging potential and gaining tools for self-care.

How it works

Therapy can help you to process thoughts and feelings, and to find an internal sense of calm. Working with me can help you to increase self-awareness and develop the ability to reflect on what's going on inside your internal world.

By learning to take a step back and observe what’s happening within, we can widen our range of choice and respond differently to situations that we face. This can help us to open up to new possibilities that can lead to lasting change.

Therapy is an investment into your own well-being and self-care which can improve how you feel about yourself. This can lead to a greater sense of connection to those around you.

I provide open ended counselling and therapy in London Bridge, Hove and online. I work with clients from a wide range of backgrounds, including professionals, creatives and LGBTQ community.

I offer a free 15 minute telephone conversation to give you the opportunity to see if l I could be the right therapist for you. Contact me to arrange a time.

“You find peace not by rearranging the circumstances of your life,

but by realising who you are at the deepest level.”

— Eckhart Tolle
